Michael Dowling - The Burden of Love

I’ve been working lately without any specific goal or plan in mind. I always have some grand thought or concept looming and it affects all the work that comes up. The realization that I’d been considering the concept of the burden of love hit me like a small car might. At first it seemed tragic or maybe just a little dark, but the more I thought about this burden the more I realized it’s what we live for. I’m thinking it’s a very worthy burden. All this work is made with that in mind.
