Shipping policy

We want your artwork to arrive safely and securely. Because every piece is unique, shipping costs and methods vary based on the artwork’s size, weight, materials, and destination.

Shipping is not included in the artwork purchase price unless otherwise noted. After your purchase, Auric Gallery will provide a shipping quote for your approval. Shipping charges must be paid before the artwork is shipped.

Artwork will be carefully packaged for shipment, and larger or more fragile pieces may require professional art handling or specialized freight services.

Local pickup or delivery may be available in the Colorado Springs area. Please contact us to discuss options.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide photographs of the artwork and packaging, and retain all original packaging while we work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
