Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At Auric Gallery, we want every purchase to be a positive experience for both our collectors and our artists.

Artwork Purchases

All artwork purchases are considered final once payment has been processed. Because artwork is unique and often reserved specifically for a purchaser, orders may not be canceled or refunded after purchase unless otherwise agreed upon by Auric Gallery.

If you have questions about an artwork, including its size, materials, framing, condition, or shipping, we encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase.

Special Orders & Commissions

Special orders, custom artwork, commissioned pieces, and artwork purchased specifically at a customer's request may not be canceled or refunded once work has begun or the order has been placed with the artist.

Any deposits or payments associated with commissions or special orders are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Services

Curation, consultation, installation, and other gallery services may have separate cancellation and payment terms, which will be provided in the applicable agreement or invoice.

If you have a question or concern regarding a purchase, please contact Auric Gallery as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to work with you and the artist to find an appropriate solution.

Auric Gallery reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its discretion.
