RETURN and REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Auric Gallery. If you're
not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days
of delivery or in-gallery purchase.
After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
-A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS
As a small local gallery, we kindly ask you to consider store credit
or exchanges
when possible. But we will honor a full refund if needed.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about
your refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note:
-Shipping costs are non-refundable
-Return shipping is your responsibility

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
